Join us for a Morning Paper Retreat from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm EST (or 6:30 to 9:30 am PST), where you can tackle your paper clutter in a fun and supportive environment. Whether it’s home papers, work documents, binders, or digital clutter, we’re here to help you organize in a way that best supports you, your family, and your team.

Why a Retreat?

Retreats transform mundane tasks into enjoyable experiences! The very word “retreat” sounds so much nicer than “sorting paper.” Our virtual retreat allows you to work from the comfort of your home—no need to haul boxes and bins of papers around. You’ll receive personalized coaching, motivation, and accountability to keep you focused and energized.

Most clients manage to sort through 5-6 banker boxes or 4 large laundry baskets of paper in just three hours. Together, we’ll purge as much paper as possible and address those actionable and emotionally charged items that make sorting such a challenge.

Sorting paper can be overwhelming because it often hides countless decisions, memories, and to-dos. With our proven system and expert support, you’ll be able to finally take control of your paper piles.

What’s Included:

Enjoy three hours of professional coaching and support. After hosting over a hundred workshops, I’ve refined my agenda to keep you focused without feeling overwhelmed. Three hours is the sweet spot—just enough time to make significant progress before fatigue sets in. Plus, you’ll have the rest of the day free to tackle other tasks or simply relax, knowing your papers are sorted!

What Types of Paper Will We Address?

The beauty of our retreat is its customization. Based on participant needs, we can cover a wide range of topics. Feel free to share personal chat questions for private matters. I suggest bringing all your papers to start with a macro-sort into piles. If you have work papers (corporate or self-employed), you may want to focus on either personal or work documents first to ensure you have the necessary space to complete your project.

What About Digital Clutter?

We’ve got you covered! For those new to online organization, I often recommend tools like Trello and Google Drive. I’m familiar with various platforms and will provide guidance during our working time.

Preparing for the Retreat:

You’ll receive an email with recommended supplies and action steps. Prepare as much as you like ahead of time, or you can tackle everything on retreat day. Most supplies can be easily sourced from around your home or with a quick stop at the Dollar Tree.
