Free Virtual Co-Working

Just Because You Work For Yourself Doesn’t Mean You Have To Work By Yourself

Co-working is now completely free. Life has gotten busy — client travel and all the rest — so I rebuilt co-working around one simple idea: you should be able to meet with or without me.

We meet in a flexible virtual work room. Work together at the main table, or click off into a side table whenever you need quiet focus or a smaller conversation. You’re in control the whole session.

And it’s amazing how much we actually get done. We may each be working on our own projects — but we’re in the same struggles, together.

How access works: free co-working is a thank-you perk for existing clients — if that’s you, the room link is already yours. Not a client yet? No pressure and no pitch — just book a quick, friendly call and we’ll see together whether co-working fits what you’re working on.

One friendly heads-up: these are true working sessions. I’m always glad to answer a question or two along the way, but the deeper hands-on help lives in retreats and one-on-one sessions — co-working is where we simply get things done, side by side.

Free Weekly Co-Working Sessions (ET)

Interested in evening sessions? Let us know — if there’s enough demand, we’ll add them. Co-working is free, so extra times run on interest rather than guarantees.

Protected Focus

A set block of time where the piles finally get attention — no interruptions, no guilt, no putting it off again.

Gentle Accountability

Name your goal at the start, check in at the end. That small structure is often all it takes to follow through.

Monthly Paper Retreats

A Full Session Devoted To The Piles

Once a month we set aside real time for the paper you’ve been putting off — together, with guidance, and with zero judgment about the backlog.

Bring The Backlog

Grab the basket, the bag, or the box — whatever’s been waiting. No prep needed; showing up is the whole assignment.

Sort Side By Side

We work through it together with quick keep-shred-act decisions, guidance when you’re stuck, and encouragement the whole way.

Leave With A Plan

You end the retreat with visible progress and clear next steps — so the momentum carries into the weeks between sessions.

Kind Words

Stories From The Room

Adriane is an amazing storehouse of information. I can’t get over all of the up-to-the-minute information she shares — best practices, new apps, everything that can save a family some serious money. I’m looking forward to her next workshop, no matter the topic.
— Mary, Workshop Attendee
Adriane’s weekly workshop helps me reflect on the previous week and plan the week ahead. It’s a great way to make sure you’re tackling the little things, clearing your space, and keeping an eye on your bigger priorities.
— Jennifer, Small Business Owner
I tried to implement the Sunday Basket® on my own for a year and it never clicked. Within a few weeks of Adriane’s groups, it finally started working for me. Now I have more free time and mental space.

Who It’s For

Anyone who works better with company — whether you’re facing a paper backlog, building better routines, or just tired of tackling it all alone. Come as you are; the mess is welcome.
01What kinds of events do you offer?+
Three main kinds: free weekly virtual co-working for steady momentum, monthly paper organizing retreats for dedicated sorting time, and live workshops whose topics rotate through the year — from planning-and-reflection sessions to paper-system deep dives like the Sunday Basket® In-Depth Workshop. Every upcoming date is listed above with details and registration.
02What happens at a monthly paper retreat?+
You bring your backlog — a basket, a bag, a box — and we spend a dedicated session sorting it together with guidance and quick keep-shred-act decisions. You leave with visible progress and clear next steps, not more homework.
03What is virtual co-working?+
It’s working alongside others on video — sometimes called body doubling. We meet in a flexible virtual work room where you can sit at the main table with the group or click into a side table for quiet focus. The simple structure makes starting easier and finishing far more likely, especially for paper and admin tasks.
04Is co-working really free?+
Yes — free weekly co-working is a thank-you perk for existing clients, and if that’s you, the room link is already yours. Not a client yet? Book a quick, friendly call and we’ll see together whether co-working fits what you’re working on — no pressure, no pitch. Sessions run Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 AM–12:00 PM and 4:00–5:30 PM, and Fridays 9:30 AM–12:00 PM (Eastern).
05Do I need a Sunday Basket® system to join?+
Not at all — and that’s perfectly okay. I’ve geeked out on paper solutions for years and have worked with clients using a variety of approaches. I love the Sunday Basket® because it’s so versatile and can be customized to most women’s needs — but whatever system you have (or don’t have yet), you’re welcome here.
06Are events virtual or in person?+
Most co-working and retreats happen virtually, so you can join from anywhere. In-person gatherings pop up around Northwest Ohio — Fostoria, Findlay, Tiffin, Fremont, Bowling Green, and the Toledo area — and each event listing tells you exactly which format it is.
07Do I need my camera on or special tools?+
No special tools — just your papers and a device that can join a video call. Cameras are encouraged because the gentle accountability helps, but you’re always welcome to keep yours off. This is a judgment-free space.
08How much do workshops and retreats cost?+
Weekly co-working is free. Workshops and paper retreats vary by event — each listing on this page shows its dates, details, and registration cost, with no membership required. If you’re unsure where to start, book a free clarity call or text 217-255-3122 (standard messaging rates apply).
