Yes. Rebuilding your paper life is part of the work: we set up new home paper systems and track down what can be recovered — vital records, tax files, deeds, insurance policies, and home improvement documentation — so your claim has support and your family never starts from zero again.
03Are you a public adjuster or lawyer?+
No, and I don't pretend to be. I don't negotiate settlements or give legal or policy advice. I provide administrative and organizational support, and I work happily alongside your public adjuster or attorney. Organized clients make their advocates more effective.
04How is this different from what my insurance adjuster does?+
Your insurance company's adjuster works for the insurance company. I'm independent and work only for you, on the practical side: keeping your documents complete, your deadlines met, and your records airtight — an extra set of eyes through the whole process.

Sooner helps, because deadlines start running early and memories of your belongings fade fast. But there's no "too late." I've joined claims months in and untangled them.
07Do we have to meet in person?+
No. Most claim work happens virtually through screen-sharing sessions, shared drives, and your tracking board. In-person and travel support is available for fire and disaster recovery clients — I'm based in Fostoria, Ohio and serve Northwest Ohio in person, with select travel nationwide.
