Signature Topics

Four Talks Audiences Actually Use

Every presentation is built around one promise: your audience leaves with something they can do this week, not a lecture they forget by Friday. Each topic works as a keynote, a hands-on workshop, or a lunch-and-learn.

How To Finally Get Organized

The talk for everyone who has bought the bins, read the books, and still can’t find the scissors. I’ll show you why most organizing advice fails half the people who try it — and how to build systems around your personality instead of someone else’s Pinterest board, using frameworks like Clutterbug and the Four Tendencies. Audiences leave knowing their organizing style and the first three steps that fit it.

The Emergency Binder

If something happened tomorrow, could your family find the insurance policy, the account list, the medical details? This practical, calming session walks through building one grab-and-go binder that holds what matters most — identity, medical, insurance, and contact information. Audiences leave with a checklist and a realistic plan to finish their binder in weeks, not someday.

Practical AI For The Home

AI isn’t just for the office. It can plan the meals, draft the awkward email, sort the photo library, and quietly take dozens of small tasks off your plate every week. No jargon, no hype, and no tech background required. Audiences leave with real examples they can try that same evening — plus the common-sense guardrails for using AI safely.

Taming The Paper Pile

Mail, school papers, statements, receipts, and the drawer nobody opens. This session covers what to keep, what can safely go, and the simple weekly routine that keeps paper from piling back up. Audiences leave with clear retention guidelines and a system they can set up using supplies they already own.
Every talk is customized to your audience, timeframe, and goals — and topics can be combined or adapted into workshop series and retreats.

For Churches & Community Groups

The Fresh Start Paper Program

Between the Christmas season and Easter sits a quiet stretch of winter — and it turns out that’s exactly when people are finally ready to deal with the paperwork. The Fresh Start Paper Program is a session series I run with churches and community groups: members and neighbors bring their household papers and actually get them organized, week by week, in person or virtually.

The content is practical and welcoming to everyone — no religious material required, no sales pitch, and no judgment about how the pile got there. For a church, it’s a genuine way to care for people in the season between Christmas and Easter services: real help with a real problem, and no strings attached.

One program. A winter of progress. A community that shows up for its people.

How It Works

1. Pick your window. The weeks between the holidays and Easter work beautifully, and the schedule flexes to your calendar.

2. I bring the sessions. Teaching, sorting time, and one-on-one help — in your space or over Zoom.

3. Your people leave lighter. Organized papers, a system to maintain them, and a spring that starts with a clean slate.

Ways To Work Together

Keynotes, Workshops, Lunch-And-Learns & More

Traditional presentations, hands-on workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, moderated Q&As, and multi-week series — delivered in person, virtually, or pre-recorded for your event. Sessions typically run 30 to 90 minutes and are shaped around your audience and goals, whether that’s a Kiwanis meeting, a women’s weekend, a staff development day, or a business lunch-and-learn.

Why Book Adriane

A Speaker Who Builds Systems, Not Just Slides

I spent more than fifteen years in HR and Lean Manufacturing before founding Paper & Progress — so my talks come from someone who has actually built systems that survive real life, not just tidy ones for the camera.

I teach every week as co-host of Life A-Go-Go, an online community where women from across the country gather for practical help with organizing, planning, and everyday life. That weekly practice shows on stage: my sessions are warm, conversational, and honest, with room for questions and zero judgment about how anyone’s pile got there.

Audiences don’t leave inspired-but-stuck. They leave with a plan.

Booking Questions

Quick Answers For Event Planners

The details planners ask about most. Don’t see your question? Send it through the request form and I’ll answer personally.
01What topics do you speak on?+
My four signature talks cover how to finally get organized, the emergency binder, practical AI for the home, and taming the paper pile. Every presentation is customized to your audience and timeframe, and topics can be combined or expanded into workshop series like the Fresh Start Paper Program for churches and community groups.
02Do you present in person or virtually?+
Both. I present in person across Northwest Ohio — Fostoria, Findlay, Tiffin, Fremont, Bowling Green, and the Toledo area — with select travel nationwide. Virtual presentations work anywhere, and I can also deliver a pre-recorded session for your event.
03How much does it cost to book a presentation?+
Every event is different, so pricing is customized based on format, length, and travel. Submit the request form below with your details and I'll reply within two business days with availability and a quote — no obligation.
04How far in advance should we book?+
The earlier the better for popular windows — the New Year through Easter fills quickly with Fresh Start Paper Program sessions, and fall dates go fast for holiday-prep topics. That said, if your event is coming up soon, reach out anyway; I'll tell you honestly whether the date works.
05Do you speak for churches, senior centers, and business groups?+
Yes — churches, senior citizen centers, YMCAs, Kiwanis and service clubs, business lunch-and-learns, regional coalitions, and women's events are exactly the audiences I present for most. If your group doesn't fit neatly into a category, send the request anyway and we'll shape a session that fits.

Short Bio

I'm Adriane McGraw, founder of Paper & Progress, where I help busy people build organizing systems that fit the way they actually think, work, and live — from paper files to digital tools to practical AI. I draw on more than fifteen years in HR, Lean Manufacturing, and professional organizing, and I co-host Life A-Go-Go, a weekly online community for women. I speak on home organization, emergency binders, paper systems, and everyday AI, and I live in Fostoria, Ohio.

Full Bio

I've spent my career making complicated things run smoothly. After more than fifteen years in HR and Lean Manufacturing, I founded Paper & Progress to bring that same operations mindset to the places it's needed most: kitchen counters buried in mail, filing systems nobody trusts, and the digital clutter that quietly eats hours every week.

My approach starts with the person, not the products. Drawing on personality-based frameworks like Clutterbug and the Four Tendencies, I teach audiences to build systems that match how their brains actually work — which is why my systems stick when the pretty bins never did.

I co-host Life A-Go-Go, a weekly online community where women from across the country gather for practical help with organizing, planning, and everyday life. My presentations for YMCAs, Kiwanis clubs, senior centers, business lunch-and-learns, churches, and women's events blend clear, doable steps with honest conversation and no judgment about how the pile got there. I also lead the Fresh Start Paper Program, a winter session series hosted by churches and community groups where participants organize their household papers together, in person or virtually.

I speak on home organization, the emergency binder, paper systems, and practical AI for the home. I live in Fostoria, Ohio, present in person across Northwest Ohio with select travel nationwide, and teach virtually everywhere else.
