CLARITY. CONFIDENECe. Progress.
HOme. paper. Possbilities.
Paper & Progress didn’t start with a master plan. It evolved in response to what the people I was working with actually needed.
Before starting my organizing business, I worked in HR and Operational Excellence, where I saw how time, priorities, and information affect people’s ability to think clearly and move forward. When paperwork and information were organized, everything else felt more manageable—people were calmer, more confident, and better able to make decisions.
When I began professionally organizing, I was naturally drawn to offices and paper. That’s where I could take what I’d learned in corporate environments and apply it to everyday life—helping individuals reduce overwhelm and create space for bigger goals.
To deepen that work, I became certified through Organize 365 and later through the Clutterbug system. Those approaches reinforced something I already knew: there isn’t one right way to organize. Systems only work when they match how someone thinks and lives.
What surprised me was what happened next.
Once papers were handled and mental space opened up, people started talking about ideas they’d been holding onto—businesses, books, services, projects they had dreamed about or built in their minds for years. Again and again, the same challenge came up: the website.
Not because people lacked vision, but because getting started felt overwhelming or expensive. That’s how this part of my work grew into Ready, Set, Online—helping people take what they’ve been dreaming of and bring it into the world in a way that feels doable and supported.
This evolution wasn’t about adding more. It was about removing the barriers that kept people from moving forward once clarity was in place.
Practical. Personal. Possible.
Most people come in thinking their situation is worse than it actually is — that it’s going to take forever, feel painful, or require more energy than they have.
What usually surprises them is how quickly things start to shift.
In many cases, real progress happens in the first 30 minutes. Within an hour, there’s often visible relief. And in a few focused hours together, we can clear volumes of paper, unblock decisions, or finally tackle something that’s been weighing on you for years.
Not because you weren’t capable before — but because overwhelm has a way of making everything feel bigger and harder than it really is.
This work isn’t about rigid systems, perfect setups, or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s not a course you’re sent off to complete on your own. It’s personal, practical support — tailored to how you think, live, and make decisions.
We talk things through. We sort together. We work directly in the mess — papers, emails, notes, plans — and focus on creating forward motion you can actually feel by the end of our time together.
I won’t leave you buried in homework or wondering what to do next. And you’re not cut off the moment a session ends. Support can look like follow-up questions, co-working sessions, or checking in as you continue on your own. The goal is steady progress, not pressure.
At its core, this work is about helping you think more clearly — and giving you permission to let go of what’s no longer serving you. Too many decisions, too many “what ifs,” too much mental noise can stall even the most capable people. Having someone alongside you makes those decisions lighter — and much easier to move through.
Paper & Progress tends to be a great fit for people with big ideas and busy lives — those who know what they want to do next, but need help getting out of their own way and into action.
This work is thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on real progress — not perfection, not pressure, and not doing things someone else’s way.
That’s Paper & Progress.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
Most people start by simply reaching out. From there, we figure things out together — whether that means a quick conversation, jumping into a live session, or starting with community support.
If you’re ready to get organized, here are a few ways to take that first step.
Most people start with a quick 20-minute call. It’s a practical conversation where we talk through your goals, explore possible next steps, and address anything that’s been holding you back from getting started.
