01Can you help me organize years of paperwork?+
Yes — backlogs are my specialty. We break the mountain into sessions, sort side by side, and set up a system as we go, so the backlog never comes back. Whether it’s two boxes or a garage full, we start where you are.
02What papers should I keep and what can go?+
We sort together using clear retention guidelines — what to keep permanently (vital records, deeds, titles), what to keep for a season (tax support, statements), and what can safely go. You make every final call, and for legal or tax specifics I’ll point you to your attorney or accountant.
03What if I don’t have a Sunday Basket® system?+
That’s perfectly okay. I’ve been geeking out on paper solutions for years, and I’ve tried — and worked with clients who use — a variety of approaches. I love the Sunday Basket® because it’s so versatile and can be customized to most women’s needs, but we’ll build the system that fits how you actually live.
04Do you work in person or virtually?+
Both. I’m based in Fostoria, Ohio and work in person across Northwest Ohio — Findlay, Tiffin, Fremont, Bowling Green, Pemberville, and Toledo — plus select travel nationwide. Virtual sessions work anywhere, and many clients mix the two.
05How much does paper organization cost?+

Yes. When life is already heavy, I provide steady, admin-style support — gathering and organizing documents, tracking deadlines and correspondence, and building a binder or digital file the whole family can rely on.

Yes. Paper & Progress is licensed, insured, and HIPAA-certified. Everything we handle — financial, medical, legal, personal — stays confidential, and sensitive documents are protected throughout the process.
08What about shredding and safe disposal?+
We build shred and recycle piles as we sort, protect anything with personal information, and I’ll help you find local shredding options — including bulk shred events around Northwest Ohio — so nothing sensitive ends up in the wrong bin.
