The Fresh Start Paper Program
Between the Christmas season and Easter sits a quiet stretch of winter — and it turns out that’s exactly when people are finally ready to deal with the paperwork. The Fresh Start Paper Program is a session series I run with churches and community groups: members and neighbors bring their household papers and actually get them organized, week by week, in person or virtually.
The content is practical and welcoming to everyone — no religious material required, no sales pitch, and no judgment about how the pile got there. For a church, it’s a genuine way to care for people in the season between Christmas and Easter services: real help with a real problem, and no strings attached.
One program. A winter of progress. A community that shows up for its people.
How It Works
1. Pick your window. The weeks between the holidays and Easter work beautifully, and the schedule flexes to your calendar.
2. I bring the sessions. Teaching, sorting time, and one-on-one help — in your space or over Zoom.
3. Your people leave lighter. Organized papers, a system to maintain them, and a spring that starts with a clean slate.

Why Book Adriane
A Speaker Who Builds Systems, Not Just Slides
I spent more than fifteen years in HR and Lean Manufacturing before founding Paper & Progress — so my talks come from someone who has actually built systems that survive real life, not just tidy ones for the camera.
I teach every week as co-host of Life A-Go-Go, an online community where women from across the country gather for practical help with organizing, planning, and everyday life. That weekly practice shows on stage: my sessions are warm, conversational, and honest, with room for questions and zero judgment about how anyone’s pile got there.
Audiences don’t leave inspired-but-stuck. They leave with a plan.

Short Bio
I'm Adriane McGraw, founder of Paper & Progress, where I help busy people build organizing systems that fit the way they actually think, work, and live — from paper files to digital tools to practical AI. I draw on more than fifteen years in HR, Lean Manufacturing, and professional organizing, and I co-host Life A-Go-Go, a weekly online community for women. I speak on home organization, emergency binders, paper systems, and everyday AI, and I live in Fostoria, Ohio.
Full Bio
I've spent my career making complicated things run smoothly. After more than fifteen years in HR and Lean Manufacturing, I founded Paper & Progress to bring that same operations mindset to the places it's needed most: kitchen counters buried in mail, filing systems nobody trusts, and the digital clutter that quietly eats hours every week.
My approach starts with the person, not the products. Drawing on personality-based frameworks like Clutterbug and the Four Tendencies, I teach audiences to build systems that match how their brains actually work — which is why my systems stick when the pretty bins never did.
I co-host Life A-Go-Go, a weekly online community where women from across the country gather for practical help with organizing, planning, and everyday life. My presentations for YMCAs, Kiwanis clubs, senior centers, business lunch-and-learns, churches, and women's events blend clear, doable steps with honest conversation and no judgment about how the pile got there. I also lead the Fresh Start Paper Program, a winter session series hosted by churches and community groups where participants organize their household papers together, in person or virtually.
I speak on home organization, the emergency binder, paper systems, and practical AI for the home. I live in Fostoria, Ohio, present in person across Northwest Ohio with select travel nationwide, and teach virtually everywhere else.
